COOPed up in their make-believed haven

Yeah, chee. I am sooo bloody pissed. I WANT THE THINKPAD T400. NOW.

Alas, I have to wait for 1 whole month. I wonder where did the rule of "The Customer is always right" goes to for the staff at COOP. Seriously, they do not have any PR experience, just because they are dealing mainly with amiable, ignorant students. If they were to step out of their own counters, and face the full brunt of the irreasonable consumers and their attitude, i'll bet they will just wrinkle up and decompose. They can't even meet the orders of 600 customers. Why didn't they have ample supplies ? They have no reason not to be aware of this. The attention given to the thinkpad prior to matric fair, was humongous. The attention given to it at the matric fair was even more apparant, with crowds at their booth. No, they can't say they are caught unaware, not anticipated, blah blah. Demands goes up, and they should meet the demand respectively.

Anyway. enough of rant. What a lousy day yesterday was. =/
